Refund and Late Cancellation Policy

Once fees have been paid, it is expected that you will attend each of the four training sessions.

If you are unable to attend a session due to illness, another family member may attend in your place, where appropriate.

Where possible, a make-up lesson may be offered in another class, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee.

• Make-up lessons are not available for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Refunds are not available for change of mind or non-attendance.

• Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise agreed by the training provider.
